FAQs

What makes your practice unique?

My practice is rooted in affirmation, authenticity, and choice. As a queer and trans therapist, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to the work we do together. I offer a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent-affirming space where your identity is not only respected, but centered.

What makes this practice different is how deeply I honor your autonomy. You’ll always know what we’re doing in therapy and why, and you’ll have a say in how we move forward. Whether we’re using EMDR, exploring identity, or simply creating space to breathe and exist, therapy is always collaborative, individualized, and at your pace.

I’m not trans or queer. Can I still see you for therapy?

Absolutely yes! While I specialize in providing support to the trans and queer community, I see people from all walks of life. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. Click here to get scheduled.

Do you see couples or families?

I typically do not, but can provide referrals to trusted providers who do see couples and families. I sometimes see families for 1-3 sessions as needed for the ongoing care of existing clients.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Yes you can!

What is your cancellation policy?

I ask that clients notify me at least 24 hours in advance of a cancellation. Clients are allowed one “free pass” per calendar year, and otherwise are responsible for the full session fee if cancelling less than 24 hours in advance or no-showing.

What are your hours?

I see clients Tuesday through Friday, with morning, afternoon, and evening availability, as early as 6AM CST and as late as 7pm CST.
